Consultation on the Future of European Company Law

On February 20^th, 2012 the European Commission has launched a Consultation on the Future of European Company Law with the aim to collect views from all interested citizens, organisations and public authorities on the future of European company law.

The period of consultation will be open until May 14^th, 2012.
